This post is called an update coz I can't think of a better title

I just got up. I have the flu...again. Geez, what good is a flu shot if you still get the flu? I had 2 rounds of antibiotics a month ago when I fell sick. Just as I was recovering, I woke up Monday am with a slight fever and an achy throat. Must be allergic to school.

What I've been up to since my last post? Nothing much...still your manic depressive and LOST person. Also a lot tubbier....just realised that when I was heading out to the Pharmacy at Bukit Panjang Mall. Shucks......gotta do something about the extra tyres!

But sore throat n being tubby sure didn't stop me from trying the new MISSY DONUT stand at the mall. Donut fever has hit heartland Singapore! The Q at the place has been snaking since they were featured a few Sundays ago. Was at Raffles City last night and the Q outside Donut Factory hasn't eased either. Wonder if this is a phenomenon that will go the bubble tea route. Managed to get my hands on the last 3 peanut butter donut before the next batch. The lady behind me seemed upset coz she was confident I wouldn't want the last 3 donuts. She was uttering in Malay...hehe little does she know I knew what she was saying.

Tried one - verdict. Not bad....light and fluffy.Now, do I keep one for Hutch??? Donuts sure have evolved from the ones we used to get at Yaohan Orchard. Remember Yaohan? If most of you don't then, I am really old!They did taste nice when I was in kindy but as I grew older, I didn't like them as much. Wonder how this whole donut craze started again anyway. Will grab some pix when I feel like it. I feel a snooze coming on. I am sick after all.
